The inaugural season for Pitches Be Crazy, originally named Kickelob Ultra, encouraged learning. The team was overwhelmed by their opponent's strategy, as their record reflected. After starting 0-5, the team fought hard to get its first win in history. That winning taste wouldn't be the last that season for "Kickelob Ultra" as they finished 2-6. 

The team finished the season humble but hungry after missing out on the playoffs.
